Casey Calvert greets Maya Kendrick as she arrives at her parlor. Maya, a very friendly and chipper woman, is Casey Calvert’s next client. She quickly realizes that a job is just that, and she sets about to get it done.
Maya notices something’s wrong when she receives the least enthusiastic massage she’s received in her whole life. She learns from Casey that she has lost her passion for working with clients. Casey used to love making people feel good, but she has become jaded in the process.
MayaA is heartbroken to see someone like that. She reminds Casey of all the positive aspects of her job. There are bright spots, even if it seems all dark and depressing. Even though Casey may feel like her job is irrelevant, it makes an enormous difference to everyone she meets — Maya included.
Slowly, Casey begins to feel reenergized by MayaAAs kind words. SheA feels energized and hopeful, and sheA is eager to give Maya the best ending possible!
